  • Please use this form to request a refund for your tickets to a cancelled performance. Refund requests must be received before the posted refund deadline.

    If you are requesting a refund for any other reason, please complete this form as soon as possible. Refunds requested less than 24 hours before a show begins are routinely denied.

     

    If you prefer to donate the value of your ticket to the performing arts group that organized the event, please use our Ticket Donation Form instead. Your donation helps arts organizations in our community fulfill their mission. Call 263-ARTS for more info.

     

    How it works...

    Send us your contact information and details about your ticket(s) and we'll refund them back to the payment method used to purchase them. Please do not send any payment details. We want to make sure that your payment information stays secure. We will call you if more details are needed.

  • First, locate your order number.

    The order number can be found on your confirmation email or on your tickets. CenterTix order numbers are 7-digit numbers. 

    If you are refunding tickets from multiple order numbers, please submit a new form for each additional order.

    On tickets, the location of the order number changes depending upon how your tickets were delivered.

    1) On standard ticket thermal tickets, the order number appears immediately below the date of the show.

  • 2) On print@home tickets, the order number is listed as the "Order ID" and appears near the top of each ticket on the left side.

  • 3) On smartphone tickets, the order number appears just above the square QR code image.

  • Please tell us which tickets you want to have refunded today.

    Many orders include multiple shows. We need to know the show name, date, time and seat locations of the tickets you are donating.

    Even if your entire order is for only one show, we appreciate you taking the time to complete this form to ensure that no mistakes are made.
