It is understood that Sketchy Mutts and Underdogs requires a multi-step process prior to fully approving a foster application. Following the review of this application, if we feel you would be a good fit for our program, we will schedule a phone call. If at any time a representative of Sketchy Mutts feels that this is not the best situation for the dog, the application can and will be voided.
