Prior to a Siltbuster Field Engineer attending & equipment arriving at your site, it is necessary for us to make sure we have all the information we need to make sure you recieve the best possible service.

It is the clients responsibility (unless stated otherwise) to ensure

• All services
• Lay-down areas
• Third party supplies that are required for set-up are available prior to Siltbuster arrival.

Successful Installation, commissioning/familiarisation training cannot be efficiently achieved if any of the above is not available or accessible.

Failure to have all the required services essential for our delivery and installation process will result in an additional site visit to complete the setup at an additional cost to the Client.
