Thank you for your interest in volunteering at The Craft Festival Bovey Tracey, June 6-8, 2025 and joining our team of Craft Champions for our 21st Birthday.  

We can’t wait to welcome visitors back to Craft Festival, Bovey Tracey in 2025.

We have a variety of roles and we are looking for a committed team of friendly people. Can you please fill in the form and click the days you can work and your preferences.

Please submit this form as soon as possible and no later than Friday May 9th, 2025.

You can help with children’s workshops, stewarding duties which includes registering ticket holders, ticket sales, visitor information, setting up, marquee stewards and keeping the event tidy.  Whilst we need help from Tuesday to Tuesday, our greatest needs are from Friday to Sunday when we are open to the public. You need to work for a minimum of ONE WHOLE DAY to qualify for a free weekend pass.

We have arranged for a free TEAM BUILDING afternoon for volunteers and parking team in Bovey Tracey on Saturday May 31st from 1pm-3pm at Make South West (formerly Devon Guild), which we would like you to attend. This, very enjoyable afternoon is an opportunity to meet the team and talk through plans. 

The aim of the Team Building workshops is for you to meet your fellow volunteers and familiarise yourself with the event. Even if you have volunteered in the past, I would you like you to attend the Team Building session.
