Our eNews blasts have much more information than we can provide with text or voice messages. Many residents receive our eNews and EITHER text or voice messages. Due to the cost, we can only provide you with text messages OR voice calls, NOT both.

You must be a current resident of Lauderdale West (an Owner, off-site Owner, Resident, or Tenant).

Upon submission of this form, your name and address will be verified in our resident database before we send you any communications. Be aware that all verifications are done by volunteers. It may take up to 48 hours before the process is completed.

Our Lauderdale West Community television station is Blue Stream channel 901. It also shows the most current information available.  The format is a series of slides that repeat about every 15 minutes. The best way to watch all of the slides is to record chanel 901 for 20 minutes. Play the recording and you can pause at slides of interest or fast forward, as desired.
