Thank you for considering our Comprehensive Mastering service. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and custom mastering that will be done by our engineer(s). Please proceed to the next page to read important instructions. You will be required to "prepare" your files and upload them via one of our desired options prior to proceeding with your order.

Preparing Your Files

To prepare for our Comprehensive Mixing + Mastering, it is very important that what you deliver to us is in the appropriate specifications for our engineer to properly finish your project:

• Bit Rate: 16bit or 24bit
• File Formats: WAV or AIFF
• Sample Rates: 44.1khz, 48khz, 88.2khz or 96khz
• Leave a small amount of silence at the beginning of the track and ensure the tracks fade out smoothly.
• Ensure your files are not clipping/going over 0dB on the master fader!
• Please remove the final limiter on your mix bus.  If said limiting and/or compression on the mix is crucial to your music, we are happy to work with it.
• Label the mixes correctly; correct track number order, track and artist names should be included in the filename for easy organization. These can, however, be changed in mastering if need be.

Important:
There is a 20 stem limit for our mixing and mastering services. For projects with more than 20 stems, please submit a custom order.

Uploading Your Files

We do not have an upload form thus, you will be required to zip up your files into one zip file or rar and provide a link below. Once you have prepped your file(s), please upload using one of the following:

• Google Drive
• Drop Box
• Box.com
• WeTransfer.com

Once uploaded, please note the link as you will be required to enter the link to proceed with your order. Please keep the link active until your mastered project is complete.

On the next page, you will enter the quantity of songs you need mastered whether it is for per track mastering or for mix down and mastering.

If your files are not in the proper specifications, it will delay your order and we'll have to contact you, please read the instructions on the previous pages.

There will be no refunds at anytime whatsoever. We can do up to three revisions free of charge, please coordinate with our engineer directly if you need any revisions.

Symphonic will not make any changes to the work(s) you submit, we will only do our part which is either to master your mixed down song or mix and master it. Symphonic may in some cases promote the material, only and when released as a project completed.
