Complete this form to change your academic program of study. Once completed, your program will be updated in our system. Please contact Enrollment Services at 803-327-8008 if you have questions about program requirements and your options.
If you are a continuing student, please email The Advising Center at academicadvising@yorktech.edu and an advisor will contact you to change your program.
