One Time Fees:
The one-time delivery/pick-up fee is not charged for the first change within 12 months, to add, remove, or change cart size of a Garbage, Organics or Recycling cart. However, the change to the cart must be kept for a 1-year minimum to avoid a subsequent cart change delivery/pick-up charge.
