All classes are $15 per class

Pre-registration is required to participate in these classes.

To pre-register, fill out the form below and I will email you a link to access the class(es) via zoom. The link will be emailed to you about 15 minutes before the start of the class.

Personal Note:

Yoga has been a saving grace for me during this time and I'm sure there are many others who could benefit.

From personal experience I know that anxiety and panic can take on lives of their own. I'd love to help teach people ways to stay grounded and calm through yoga.

Yoga and meditation have been proven to significantly reduce anxiety and stress and even PTSD symptoms. Here's an article for more info on that.
