  • Please note:  There are many solutions that our teachers may use to creatively support curriculum and instruction.  Please keep in mind that our technology team can only offer assistance with our district supported applications.

  • Please note:  Rochester Community Schools can only repair district owned devices.  Personal devices are the responsibility of the owner.

  • Staff Break Fix Support

    Please continue to fill out a SchoolDude workorder to get your staff devices repaired. There should be an icon on your desktop to access the SchoolDude Workorder system.  Look for this:

    If you do not have an icon on your desktop, please email RemoteLearning@rochester.k12.mi.us and request the site URL.

    We are hoping to designate equipment swap days where you can bring your device to the Administration Building - Technology Services Department to exchange it.  Be sure to put your contact information in the SchoolDude workorder so we can let you know when your swap day is!

    i-Ready uses your district credentials to log you in.  So be sure to enter your student username and password when logging in to the i-Ready site.

    If you aren't sure of your student's district credentials, click the link below for instructions on how to use ParentVUE to find your child's username and password.  ParentVUE - Lookup Student Login

    IMPORTANT:  Most issues arise because you are accessing the wrong i-Ready site.  You need to be sure that you are logging in to the RCS iReady Site

  • New statewide restrictions were announced Sunday evening by Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Director Robert Gordon, alongside Governor Gretchen Whitmer and MDHHS Chief Medical Executive Dr. Joneigh Khaldun.

    In order to observe the new public health orders and help slow the spread of COVID-19 we will be providing new device pickups and swaps by appointment only.  

    If you require a new device, need to swap an older 3120 Chromebook, or have been directed by a technician to swap a defective device, please click here to select and schedule an appointment:  https://form.jotform.com/203207837751153

    Person who is being loaned this Rochester Community Schools device agrees to the Acceptable Use Policy of the district. Person agrees to return this equipment to Rochester Community Schools upon completion of the remote learning program. Equipment should be returned in good, working condition.


    Person agrees that this equipment is to be used for school use only and takes responsibility for keeping the device safe and secured at all times.  
    A case is not being provided, the user is responsible for safely transporting the device and charger.
     

    By creating an appointment, both the student(s) and parent/guardian agree to the Acceptale Use Policies and Technology Use Agreement.

  • Please note: Rochester Community Schools recommends using Google Chrome for most web applications.  Please try solving your issue using Google Chrome before submitting a support request.

    If your teacher is using an application other than Google Classroom, Moodle, Zoom or Google Meet, please direct your support questions to your teacher.  RCS Technology Services is unable to support other remote learning platforms at this time.
