        • I reserve all rights to my artwork. As the Copyright Owner of my artwork, this includes my right to resell the artwork that I create if I so choose. 

          If I am considering selling a commissioned piece, out of courtesy I will ask if you would like to reconsider your purchase for Commercial Rights. My query may happen either before or after the creation of your commission. Denying or failing to respond to my query does not waive my right to resell.

          For you to legally resell my artwork yourself, you must purchase Commercial Rights.

          With commercial rights, you receive the right to:
          – Produce merchandise from the delivered products
          – Sell the artwork as is for your own profit
          – Edit, recolor, and remove watermarks
          – Use the artwork without crediting the artist
