Commercial training includes any workout gyms at an apartment complex, office building or any corporate, big box locations. Our commercial gym training programs are geared to maximize the logistics and equipment at any commercial gym. We gear the program structure to fit the flow and resources of the gym set-up. If any additional equipment is required to complete our workouts, DOU provides that equipment so you will always have it with you. Stronger clients may need added resistance or equipment to keep the workouts challenging but still safe! If you don not have a gym membership and you would like one, we will help find you the right gym in your area. We have established relationships with area gyms, and we will help make your gym sign-up process seamless!
Home Gym Training is a great option for people who want to maximum convenience, privacy, safety (due to the pandemic) and time! This is a great cost-efficient way to transform any home space into a private training studio. We work with any size budget or workout space. The beauty of our program is that even though you may be working out at home, you will still feel like you are training with your own private coach. We tell you exactly what to do and still offer you coaching

Open Gym times are a special benefit of the DOU TEAM. Clients will we able to book times to come into our gym facility and do their individual workouts. Often under the guidance of a coach or via our 24/7 messaging feature. Booked times will have no more than 6 people in the gym at one time. All clients will have a comfortable yet motivating workout environment. This is a great option for clients who don't want a traditional big box gym experience or for clients who simply need the extra help, motivation and accountability when they go to the gym. All workout reservations will be made via the DOU booking calendar. We encourage all clients to book all their workouts at the beginning of the month. This creates the maximum amount of structure and accountability. If you need to switch or cancel times, simply return to the DOU Calendar. If a client continues to cancel workouts, you will receive loving words of encouragement from a DOU Coach :).
