  • Common Troubleshooting Tips

     Laptop or laptop screen will not turn on.
    - Hold the Power Button for 15-30 seconds. Then push the power button to turn on.
    - If you get 9 blinking lights on the Power Port (right side of the laptop), you will need to have it repaired.

    Wifi will not connect.
    - Restart the laptop and make sure the laptop is not in Airplane Mode.
