• Purpose: Research demonstrates that fostering our wellness in physical, emotional, interpersonal and spiritual dimensions can aid in stronger resilience in times of crisis. During these times, it's critical that we shore up on our inner reserves of wellness - what we call our "Independent WELLth".

    Instructions: This is a very short quiz to assess your Independent WELLth. Please answer the following questions as honestly as you can. There are no right or wrong answers.

You’re resourced and sure of your ability to create and maintain your WELLth in this dimension.   Take a look at any low scores to see where you might get support, and take a look at particularly high scores to see where you might share your WELLth with others.  Consider the reflection questions to get ideas on how to grow and share your WELLth even more.
