Cancellation Policy
-Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late with notification will be retained or resceduled at management discretion.
-Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notification are considered a No Show and will be charged a No Show fee of 50%.
-Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment will not receive any penalty.
-Cancelleations made within 24 hours to the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 25%.
-No Shows will be charged a No Show fee of 100%.
Policy
I acknowledge that the service is final after application. Any changes to style after application and styling will be charged accordingly and additionally.
I acknowledge that hair extensions are very sensitive and different from intact human hair. I have will be informed of the daily care instructions. I will follow the daily care instructions to keep my hair extensions in the best condition possible.
I acknowledge I will be able to inspect and approve of the hair extensions that will be installed in my hair.
All Hair Extension purchases are final sale (Products & Services). In the event that I decide not to keep the hair extensions installed, I am fully responsible for the total payment of services rendered. I also understand the explanations of the entire procedure, and I am aware that with proper care on my part, they should remain in my hair for the alotted time stated in the Care Instructions based on the type. I understand that if an allergic reaction occurs, I will not hold my technician or Shear Luxury Salon at fault. The charge for the removal of the extensions are not included in the original fee.
