CANCELLATION POLICY

Listing Services: Listing fees are charged upon order and are nonrefundable.

CTC Services:

In the event, that the requested CTC service is canceled, and the Transaction Coordinator has started processing your file, you shall be responsible for a cancellation fee. You will receive an Invoice with the CTC cancellation pricing as follows:

Lite packages: $0
Basic packages:$75 (Lease - $50)
Premium packages: $100
Dual agency (if applicable): $125
Do you consent to Compass employees remotely accessing your individual Compass.com account view as needed to perform Contract-to-Close (CTC) and/or listing services on your behalf in connection with this order and any future CTC or listing service you may purchase?
