    Virtual State Contest Sign-Up

    • Judging for our State contest will be completed virtually, without student interviews.
    • Judging has been divided into several shifts (rounds), to accommodate judge schedules and allow for people who may wish to judge multiple times.
    • Judges will receive links to materials and judge partner contact information on the "start date" for the rounds you sign up for.
    • Judges must virtually attend or watch a judge orientation.
    • Judges will review projects on their own, and set a date with your judge team to discuss via phone or Zoom/Skype/Facetime.
    • All results and comments must be submitted digitally by the end date for the round, by 10:59 PM.

Much like an in-person contest, virtual project review, comment writing, and discussion can take an estimated five hours of time. Since the judging period spans several days, this time commitment can be broken up into smaller chunks.
