*I do charge an initial fee, setting up your programs is a lot more work than updating them after creation, so note the first price listed for each membership is a one time only payment. The second price listed for each membership is what you will pay monthly*

Memberships:

Per Month Membership($310.00 for the first month then,$200.00 for each month)

with this you get access to an all inclusive app where all your workouts will be, and where all your nutrition will be. Demo videos for all workouts, no guess work. Weekly check-in with me to make sure you are on track. This is all 100% custom to you and your goals.

Once a Week In-Person Session($70.00 for each week)

this covers by session, it is a subscription so it is weekly automatic payment and will continue until cancelled.

Twice a Week In-Person Session ($140.00 for each week)

$70/session. this covers by session, it is a subscription so it is weekly automatic payment and will continue until cancelled.

Free Consultation($ Free one-time payment)

*please send me your "before pictures" within 24 hours of completing this application if you commited to a membership* failure to do so means your program will be delayed in getting to you.

*you will also receive a bi-weely check-in, please complete it as it is meant to help you! not completing it is a dis-service to yourself and it means I can't accurately change your plan. They will be sent via email!*

-1 on 1 coaching via text/email/zoom/in person.
-weekly check ins via a text or email that state how your week is going (staying on track etc)
Bi-weekly Formal Check-in, picutures and data-MUST BE FILLED OUT. If not filled out, I cannot accurately update your fitness your nutritiion target goals for the week.
-customized program which will get updated as often as needed.
-nutrition guidance/meal plan (optional or sole focus-seperate application)
