  • We need to know whether or not you would like a refund for your registration if you have paid, or if you would like to keep your registration to use for the 2021 conference. Keeping it would “lock in” your registration at the current conference rate. Those wanting a refund will be issued one as soon as possible from OU’s Bursar’s Office. We anticipate a two to three week response time for issued refunds.

  • For those who planned on giving a presentation (poster, paper, symposium, workshop), we need to know if you would like to keep your presentation for 2021. Please note that we will issue another Call for Abstracts at a later date for persons who are interested in contributing.

  • President’s Dinner – This Friday evening event was an additional expense to registration. Some members purchased a ticket for themselves and some purchased a ticket for a student. Dinner ticket prices that are refunded will follow the same procedure as registration refunds. Dinner ticket purchases that are not refunded can be used toward the 2021 conference. If you purchased a ticket for a particular (named) student, please email us ( oageinfo@aaa5ohio.org ) if you would like the ticket to be used for another identified student.

  • Non-Student Members had the opportunity to donate to the Pamela Matura Student Travel Fund to help support students planned on attending the conference. Any refunds issued will follow the same procedure as registration refunds.

  • Some attendees purchased Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Any refunds issued will follow the same procedure as registration refunds.
