We have team members who are considered high risk or live with immunocompromised family members. For their safety, we kindly ask that you wear your face mask at all times while in our clinic.

We strive to maintain an efficient schedule that enables us to help as many pets as possible while honoring the time of our team, doctor, and clients, too. In order for us to do this, we maintain strategic scheduling requirements.
48 Hour Cancellation PolicyWe understand that life happens. We have a 48-business-hour cancellation policy for scheduled appointments and procedures. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that we can accommodate other pet owners waiting for earlier appointments. Additionally, any pre-payment or deposit we have collected at the time of booking will become non-refundable if you do not cancel your appointment within a full 48 business hours. “No Shows” & Same Day CancellationsIf you miss your appointment without contacting us directly, this is considered a “No Show”. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, this is called a “same-day cancellation”. A missed appointment presents concerns for both you and our team. For you, it can mean delayed care and treatment that is recommended for your pet. And for our practice, it prevents us from seeing another patient that is in need of specialized care and treatment. If you do not show up for or cancel your appointment same day, any future scheduled appointment will require a non-refundable prepayment of the consultation fee upon booking. After a third offense, you will be dismissed from our practice.
ConfirmationsWe have a 48-business-hour confirmation policy. Please confirm your appointment so that we can plan on you being here. We will send an email and text message reminder about your pet’s appointment 72 hours in advance. Please confirm by replying with your response via email or text. You may also confirm by calling us at 719-358-2636. NOTE: If we do not receive a confirmation response from you, your appointment may be moved to our overflow schedule, and we will not be able to guarantee your consult time for that day.
