    Applicants who are registering for any of the tech career services administered by SGTech and Growthbeans are required to complete this application and declaration form.

    We are collecting your personal data for the purpose of enabling us (including our partner, Workforce Singapore) to identify and verify individuals who are eligible to receive government subsidized services and to ensure there is no misidentification of individuals or abuse of said services. The information will be disposed of once there are no business and legal purposes to keep them.

    2. I understand that I have to give at least two (2) weeks’ written notice to SGTech if I wish to withdraw from the programme and/or workshop and provide a valid reason.
    3. I understand that I have to provide SGTech supporting documents and information if I get hired/placed through the various placement initiatives and assistance from SGTech.
    4. I understand that while the Tech Career Services programmes provide assistance in job placement, SGTech does not guarantee job placement of any kind.
