Applicants must already be approved in NCWorks at a state level and have programs approved in NCWorks
All training providers must first register with NcWorks, and be approved by the state prior to submitting an application for Charlotte-Mecklenburg. The state also must approve your programs in the system prior to submitting a local application. Applications submitted prior to being approved at a state level (both as a provider and the specific programs) in NCWorks will not be considered and may prevent the provider from submitting another application for up to one calendar year. To create a new provider account follow the following steps:
1. Visit www.ncworks.gov and click "Register"

2. Scroll down to option 3 "Create a User Account" and select "Provider"

3. Once registered in NCWorks the state will conduct an initial review and approve or deny the provider at a state level. Once approved providers may proceed with a local area application.
