Each code can only be redeemed one time, so the recipient should be sure to use the entire value they receive when booking an experience, as remaining balances cannot be applied to other Tours or cashed out. Please know that each experience that is booked on the Horse Country website is transacted separately (there is no cart functionality). So, if you plan to use gift vouchers on multiple locations, it may be better for you to purchase multiple smaller denominations than one large one.

Tours can be booked online on the Visit Horse Country Website. Recipient should enter the Gift Certificate code in the "Redeem Promo Code" field at checkout. Please note that the gift certificate value can only be applied to experiences on Visit Horse Country. Gift certificate value cannot be used on retail, gratuity, or other purchases.

There are 2 delivery options for Gift Certificates:

1) Send the gift voucher directly to the recipient via email with a custom message. To do this, simply enter the recipient's email address in the form below. The email will contain a promo code that can be used to book Horse Country experiences on https://visithorsecountry.com/.

2) Email the gift voucher code to yourself and personally deliver to the recipient. To do this, do not enter the recipient's information, enter your email address. Once your purchase is processed, you will receive an email with the gift voucher which includes the code necessary for making a booking. You can share with the recipient via email or by printing out the gift voucher page.

Gift certificates take 1-2 business days to generate and will be delivered via email.
