Loop Exchange will determine a price that items will sell for. Payment is offered as 25% of the final sale value of each item, paid via Paypal or store credit.
If Loop Exchange does not receive any correspondence within 7 days of our request to return your items or confirm your payout details, the items become property of Loop Exchange and your payout converted to store credit.
All consignments and their payments are final.
Payments will only be actioned after receipt and quality check of garments.
Damaged clothing payout will be offered as a flat buy price.
Should you wish to purchase an item you have previously consigned, full ticket price is to be paid.
Loop Exchange is not liable for any delays/losses caused by Australia Post.
If your items are found to be not genuine, fast fashion, or grossly not as described, we will request you pay return postage, or will donate these items after 7 days if there is no response.
