  • Conversion Info

    What is a Conversion?
  • A Conversion allows you to bring data from your existing software into Lizzy. During a conversion you will send us the files containing data you wish to convert in CSV format. We will import these files into Lizzy and then ask you to spot-check the imported data to ensure everything came over properly. A trial run is done with all information you wish to import. Once we have verified that this information can be successfully converted into Lizzy we will do a fresh import with the latest data prior to you "going live". This allows you to bring over the most current information possible.

    **Note: Please do not send conversion files until directed to do so by your conversion rep. Only CSV files may be converted. Our staff will assist you with trying to export your data from your current software. However, your current software must have the ability to extract the data into a useable CSV format.   • Please take the time to answer the following questions to the best of your ability.

    The more information provided will give the conversion staff the information needed to Pre-Setup the Lizzy database. Any information that is not entered you'll be required to setup.

    Brand Name is a shortened version of the full company Name

    ie. Brand Name = "Honda" and full company name might be "American Honda Motor Company".  They CAN be the same.

    This should include all contact types EXCEPT your Customers. In providing a Vendor file, please include all Contact Types, including Government / Expense / Suppliers / Distributors / Warranty / Service Brands / Manufacturers / Inventory Suppliers / Retail Finance / Floorplan (Dealership financing of serialized wholegoods / units)
