Adoption Application

Rescue. Rehome. Repeat. of South Louisiana is a pediatric, pregnant, and critical care in-home fostering program. We focus on providing specialized care for these animals and then placing them in permanent, loving homes where every member of the household is committed to their lifelong care.

If you are ready to take on this responsibility, please complete the application below. Once received, your application will be reviewed, and if approved, we will move forward with setting up a meet-and-greet and adoption.

ADOPTION APPLICATION INFORMATION

Submitting this Adoption Application does not obligate you to adopt a dog. It simply allows us to review your information and, if qualified, schedule a meeting with a potential match.
This Adoption Application becomes a binding Adoption Contract only after approval by Rescue. Rehome. Repeat. of South Louisiana and is effective on the date and time that the adoption payment is accepted by the rescue.
You must be at least 21 years old, or have the consent of your legal guardian, to enter into this contract. Proof is required.
Once your application is received, you will be contacted by a representative of Rescue. Rehome. Repeat. of South Louisiana. If you are not contacted within 48 hours, the pet you applied for may no longer be available. You may call 225-788-6940 after 48 hours for further assistance.

NOTE: We are unable to adopt dogs to residents living outside of the state of Louisiana.
