Technology Products Purchase Portal

Welcome to the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church's Technology Products Portal sponsored by the General Department of Communication and Information Technology (CIT) Department.

Many hardware solutions, software applications and enterprise solutions can be secured at discount rates through various vendor partnerships! As discounted products becomes available, they will be featured here.

Please read the following before filling out the form.

• All requests will be verified to ensure compliance with the Zoom agreement.
• The payment for the license will be processed by PayPal and a receipt forwarded from PayPal and a confirmation notice from CIT (cit@thecmechurch.org).
• CIT will provision a Zoom license within 2 business days. Our members should look for an email about Product Specification, how to download, and getting started information. All Zoom licenses must be renewed on an annual basis!
• Adobe and Microsoft licenses will be provisioned within 2-5 business days. Our members should look for an email about Product Specification, how to download, and getting started information
• When Mobile Beacon products are available: The Mobile Beacon hardware will be sent to the vendor and a shipping notice will be sent to you.  Expect the hardware within 7-10 days.
• All inquiries about purchases from other vendors should be emailed to CIT (cit@thecmechurch.org).

Products Available

• Adobe Acrobat Pro: $75 (Mac or Windows). Discontinued!
• Note:  Microsoft 365 is a cloud platform!  Desktop versions of Office apps like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are not included in the Basic or Business subscription.
• Microsoft 365 Business Basic: Free! Microsoft 365 Business Basic: Microsoft has provided 300 free licenses to the CME Church for Office Online: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note); Teams; Bookings and Forms. Each user can install Office on up to 5 devices (PCs or Macs, 5 tablets (Windows, iPad)
• Microsoft 365 Business Standard: $40 Annual License (5 licenses per user) (web version of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, OneNote, Publisher, Office Online, Teams, Yammer, Bookings and PowerApps (Business Apps)
• Zoom 
  Zoom Workplace Business License - $150 (check this box if you are purchasing a license for the first time).  All Zoom licenses must be renewed on an annual basis!
• Renewal:  Zoom Workplace Business License - $150 (check this box if you are renewing your current license) 
• Apple, Inc.: Members can save an additional 10% on select Apple products.
• Dell, Inc.: Members can save an additional 10% on select Dell PCs, servers and accessories. Exclusive to Inspiron, XPS, Alienware and Vostro, members save an additional 5% on select PCs. Orders can only be placed through CIT.
• HP, Inc.: Members can save an additional 5-20% on select HP devices. Orders can only be placed through CIT.
• Lenovo: Members can save an additional 5-20% on select HP devices. Orders can only be placed through CIT.
• Mobile Beacon Hotspot: 4G-$210 or 5G-$480.  Each year, the plan must be renewed by the purchaser; CIT staff will assist with renewal process!  Limited availability.  A 4G or 5G mobile hotspot from Mobile Beacon connects multiple devices (4G: up to 15-16 devices; 5G: up to 20 devices) or Wi-Fi-enabled consumer electronics like smartphones and tablets to Mobile Beacon's mobile broadband Internet service.The hotspot can be used at any location within the Mobile Beacon coverage area - visit here:  https://www.mobilebeacon.org/lte-coverage/
