    We're Now a Drive-Thru by Appointment Only

    Beginning Tuesday, March 31, in response to safety issues surrounding the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) Table of Hope will move to a DRIVE THRU PICK-UP BY APPOINTMENT ONLY Food Pantry. This means that until further notice drop-in services at our 156 S. Kansas location will cease.

    Some Things to Remember

    1. Contents of food boxes may vary each week depending availability. There is no guarantee, but we will do our best to include meat and other proteins whenever possible.

    2. Clients may receive up to two boxes per month. We will be tracking when you last received a box using your assigned pantry card number.

    3. This form must be filled out each time you request a box.

    4. Presently (5/1/20) we are distributing food boxes on Tuesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at our 156 S. Kansas location in Wichita, Kansas.

    How It Works

    1. Complete and submit this form. You must complete this order form each time you come back.

    2. Each week we review these forms and create a schedule. We will ONLY call you back if there is an issue.

    3. On your scheduled pick-up day/time enter the alley behind the church (off of English street). A volunteer will ask your name.

    • If you are driving do not get out of your car.
    • If you are on foot or riding a bike remain along the fence.

    4. A volunteer will put your box (and any additional boxes you are picking up for/with other families) on a table six feet next to the kitchen window.

    5. Once the box has been placed on the table and the volunteer has moved to a safe physical distance:

    • If you are driving pick up your box from the table, put the box in your car, then continue north down the alley
    • If you are on foot or riding a bike pick up your box from the table, then continue north down the alley.

    6. Please maintain 6 feet of physical distance between yourself, other clients and our volunteers at all times.

If you can't find your pantry card and don't know your number call us at (316) 267-1852 on Monday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and we will look it up for you. If we do not answer the phone leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible that day.

    Enter a Pick-Up Date and Time (Tuesdays from 9 am-12:00 pm and 1:00 - 6:00 pm) Notes: (1) OUR BUSIEST TIMES are from 9:00 - 10:00 am and from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. If you are able to schedule outside of these times we would appreciate it. (2) We must have at least two hours between the time you submit an online order and the time you are requesting to pick up the order. We do not have enough volunteers to prepare orders faster than that. (3) We are closed for lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. (4) If you need to reschedule your appointment do not create a new online request, just give us a call at (316) 267-1852.
