Drop Off Procedures & Boarding Policy Paw Prints Ltd. strives to provide quality care for your pets in a safe, clean environment during their visit. Please read the following statements, sign and date at the bottom. For the protection of all of our patients health, Paw Prints Ltd. requires that all pets be current on vaccines, parasite screens and parasite free prior to any stay at the clinic or our sister facility Happy Tails.

We will be happy to perform any of these vital health services for your pet upon arrival for their visit with us. Any patient that is not current or has no verifiable vaccination health screening history will be tested and treated at owners expense during their stay. If a tra.,quilizer is necessary for treatment or handling, I give my permission to Paw Prints Ltd. to administer those medications as necessary.

I authorize Paw Prints Ltd. to do whatever is necessary should an emergency situation arise and myself or my designated agent cannot be reached in a timely fashion. I understand that payment in full is required at time of pick up. Pets are released only during regular office hours.

Any pet not picked up within 5 days of the scheduled pick up date without contact from the owner will be considered abandoned. Any further treatment/placement/or disposal will be at the discretion of Paw Prints Limited or their authorized agents.
