We're observing tight social distancing and hygiene measures. Help us keep serving you by agreeing to and complying with the following statements. Note, that these details may be provided to NSW Health if requested.

Health & travel*

I confirm that me and all members of my household are currently in good health. We have not returned from overseas, interstate, or an area with high numbers of COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days. I confirm I've not been ordered to self-isolate for any other reason.
Distance & Hygiene*

I am taking personal measures to help reduce the chance of spreading illness including regular hand washing. I have left the property clean. I have no reason to believe entering the property would pose a risk to SJ Shooter Real Estate staff, prospective tenants or future occupants.
Updates*

I will notify SJ Shooter immediately if me or a member of my household becomes ill or are ordered to self isolate for any reason in the 14 days following my vacate.
Outgoing inspection & condition report*

I understand my opportunity to be part of the outgoing inspection will be via a facetime/video call (the agent will send further details). I will receive a copy of the outgoing condition report via once it's complete.
