On-Line Form For 2024-2025
The Consignor must have the following entry form filled out, and the $50 per head nomination fee, must be received in the CSBA office 1 week before the on-line sale begins. The on-line sale also needs to be approved by the Board of Directors prior to entry.

The Futurity points can start accumulating after being purchased, and will end after the 2025 Comeback Show at the 2025 National Show & Sale. No points will be awarded if you show at the 2024 National Show & Sale.
