  • Green Family Companion Kennel is commited to placing great dogs into qualified homes to be true companions to their owners. We carefully select high-quality dogs with excellent temperments to fulfill their purpose in life as a person's best friend. 

    All of our pets are cared for in-home and receive complete medical care, which includes deworming, vaccinations, vet checkups, and microchipping prior to their placement. We start the puppies socialization, imprinting, manners, and crate training, as well as expose them to many different stimuli in order to set them up for a lifetime of new experiences. 

    This questionnaire is designed to help GFCK and you determine if one of our Service Dogs or Companion Dogs is right for you and your household. All potential purchasers are required to complete this form prior to purchase. Green Family Companion Kennel reserves the right to deny any purchase based on answers to this questionnaire and/or interviews prior to purchase.
