Use this form to request Robes, Crowns and Closing Gifts for Realty Kings Walk-throughs, Closings. All orders must be placed at least 5 business days prior to scheduled closing date. Apparel orders will be shipped to your (the Agents) home, thus, no apparel orders will be placed if address section is left blank. Realty Kings will cover the cost of up to 2 adult crowns/robes, 1 child crown/robe, and 2 scepters for agent closing props. Also, for each closing, Realty Kings will provide 1 bottle of champagne or wine, 1 thank you card, and up to 2 key chains. All additional set/items will be billed to/deducted from the agent upon closing and funding of the transaction. Be sure to order only what is needed. Apparel (robes, crown, sceptors) are props and should be re-used for each closing.
