  • We ask that families contribute to a portion of camp fees, how much can you contribute towards camp fees? Camp Fire Oneida typically will cover up to 40% of Day Camp fees and of Resident Camp fees at Camp Birchrock.
  • I understand that by accepting Campership funds, I am entering into a contractual agreement with Camp Fire Oneida and Camp Birchrock.  Campership funds are distributed based on an agreement by the undersigned to pay a predetermined share of camp fees prior to the start of camp session.  Nonpayment of Parent/Guardian’s share of these fees constitutes a breach of this agreement and entitles Camp Fire/Camp Birchrock the authority to seek compensation for any Campership funds applied to camp fees under this agreement in addition to of any outstanding fees owed by Parent/Guardian. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received and funds are dispersed on a first come first serve basis. I understand that I will be contacted at my chosen method within 2 weeks of my application with a determination.*
