FOR VIDEO QUESTIONS: I hereby grant to Mark E. Moore and to Penguin Random House LLC (the “Company”) and its respective directors, officers, employees, authors, parent subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assignees a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, exclusive license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, publicly perform, distribute and display video and images of me and my name, voice and likeness for WaterBrook’s Ask the Author video series (the “Video Submission”), in whole or in part, in any and all media now or hereafter known, for any purpose whatsoever, without further permission and without consideration or payment of any kind. I hereby confirm that the Video Submission includes my own original question to the author and does not include obscene, offensive or inappropriate (in Company’s sole and absolute discretion) material or defame any person, or otherwise infringe on any person’s proprietary rights. I also confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and have permission to upload the Video Submission from any persons who appear in the Video Submission. I hereby release and discharge Company or its assignees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Video Submission, or my name, image, voice or likeness, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, invasion of privacy or involving any of my rights of publicity (if any).
