Online Membership Terms and Conditions:
● Recurring membership renews monthly on the date you originally signed up
● A 7-day notice is required for cancellation of recurring membership
● Annual Membership paid in monthly installments is allowable via electronic disbursement by credit or debit card. Check or cash payments will be allowed but a valid and current credit card must be on file.
● You may suspend (defer) the Annual Membership for one month, once annually, as to work around family vacations or business trips, etc. In the event you attend another center for one month or longer, you will need to pay the dues for that particular center and your membership here will be deferred accordingly.
● There is no refund allowed for any one-time payments or any payments that have already been made.
