Saddle Fitting Booking Form

Thank you for booking in a saddle fit with Abbey.

Please fill in this form to complete your booking so that we have all the information we need prior to the appointment. If you are booking for a range fit please ensure that this form is sent back at least a week prior to your booking date.

What to bring to your saddle fit appointment:

Helmet (MUST BE WORN IN RIDDEN SECTION OF FIT)

Riding boots (MUST BE WORN IN RIDDEN SECTION OF FIT)

Girth (long and short for range fits)

Shims for CAIR saddles

any riser pads that you may have

Everything possible is done to keep to appointment times, however, the appointment times given are approximate only and may be altered at short notice due to cancellations or travel delays on the day. Abbey will keep you updated as best as possible during the day on arrival time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid into the account BSB 063862 Acc no 10310116 on cancellation. If debt needs to be followed up after 3 days past appointment date, the full amount of consult will be payable. Abbey reserves the right to cancel the appointment at any time due to injury, illness, inclement weather conditions or when otherwise necessary. Dates to reschedule appointments will be advised as soon as possible and everything will be done to make sure your appointment is rescheduled at the earliest convenient time.

Abbey is trained to ASFA standards and will do everything within her training to fit your saddle to your horse. If you have any issues within 2 weeks of the fit Abbey will come and refit the saddle. If the issue is found to be the saddle, the consult will be free, however if the saddle is not the issue a consult fee will be charged. Saddles should be refitted every 3 to 6 months as your horse changes shape throughout the year. If you for whatever reason are unwilling to do a rider up fit, you wave any right to a guarantee and a consult fee will be charged to revisit.

Payment must be made on the day of appointment. Payment methods include cash, card and direct debit. Card payments do incur a 1.9% surcharge.
