Please be advised that all patients will be charged an emergency exam fee of $120.00 to $130.00, depending on your regular veterinarian’s membership status with our emergency center. An estimate of diagnostic and treatment charges will be given after the doctor examines your pet.
PAYMENT IS DUE WHEN SERVICES ARE RENDERED
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay and Care Credit. We do not accept checks.

If you have any concerns regarding paying for your pet’s visit, please inform our staff so we can discuss the best option for you.
Balance may change after auditing record. We will contact you if any changes occur. (please initial)*
A deposit is required for patients being admitted to the hospital. We request you remain in the parking lot during your pets office visit to make it easier for staff to communicate with you, in the event of an emergency. Please notify the staff if you need to leave the parking lot at any time during your visit. A fee of $25.00 per hour will be applied to your bill for boarding charges if you fail to notify staff when leaving the parking lot . (please initial)*
