Payment

We will gladly prepare a written estimate of service fees if you desire (please ask our doctor or receptionist). Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have insurance for your pet, our office will submit the insurance form for you as a courtesy. There is no guarantee your insurance will cover any or all of this fee. Any remaining balance is your responsibility.

We accept Visa and Mastercard (debit or credit), Discover, or cash. We also accept CareCredit, a payment plan if approved in advance of treatment. We do not accept checks or American Express.

To prevent the spread of infectious diseases, all hospitalized patients must be current on vaccines and free from internal and external parasites. The signature below authorizes this level of preventive care and the appropriate charges will be assessed in the discharge invoice.
