Please take into consideration that you will receive an email within 48 hours letting you know if the apartment you are requesting is, or is not, available to rent.

Remember that filling out this request does not guarantee you a guest apartment on campus. EBC does not allow guests to have a party of any kind in the apartments.

As a small token of appreciation, we’re pleased to offer you and your personal guests a discounted rate on our guest apartments:

Two-bedroom apartment: $50 per night (regularly $70)
One-bedroom apartment: $30 per night (regularly $45)

Reservation Details

One-bedroom apartments (single guest or married couple) may be reserved up to one year in advance.
Two-bedroom apartments (married couple with children) may also be reserved up to one year in advance.
Please note: this unit is limited and may have reduced availability.

Important Information

You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Pets and parties are not permitted in the guest apartments.
