Please take into consideration that you will receive an email within 48 hours letting you know if the apartment you are requesting is or it is not available to rent.

Remember that filling out this request does not guarantee you a guest apartment on campus. EBC does not allow guests to have a party of any kind in the apartments.

We thank you so much for everything you do here at EBC. We are blessed to serve along side you!

In light of your faithful work, we would like to give you and any of your personal guests a discount on renting our guest apartments.

Here are our standard prices:

2-bedroom apartment $70 per night
1-bedroom apartments $45 per night

HOWEVER, you and your guests will pay $50 per night for our two-bedroom and $30 for any of our one-bedroom apartments!

Below is more information:

You can reserve our ONE-bedroom apartment (for a single person or married couple) up to a year in advance.
You can also reserve our TWO-bedroom apartment (for a married couple with children) up to a year in advance.
***Please, keep in mind that this apartment is very limited and might not be as available as our ONE bedroom apartments***

The cost to rent either of our ONE-bedroom apartments (for a single person or married couple) is $45 per night. You can request to reserve either one of them up to a year in advance.
The cost to rent our TWO-bedroom apartment (for a married couple with children is $70 per night.
***Please, keep in mind that this apartment is very limited and might not be as available as our ONE bedroom apartments. You can only reserve this apartment up to 4 weeks in advance.***
