Fees:

The Barn is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Christ centered organization and is operated solely on contributions from individuals, churches, and community organizations. Although we do not charge a set fee for the use of our facility, a contribution to cover utilities and upkeep expenses would be appreciated. (Average utilities are $25 per hour). The requesting organization is responsible for all costs associated with repair or replacement of any damage to The Barn Ministry property or its contents.

Skatepark:

You are welcome to use our skatepark if weather and availability permits. The skatepark will be closed and the ramps moved from Thanksgiving day until the end of March. We also do not permit the use of our equipment (skateboards, longboards, ripsticks, bikes, scooters, etc). The skatepark is bring your own equipment only and skate at your own risk.

Clean-up:

We ask that you clean the facility before you leave. Empty trash cans, wipe tables and flat surfaces, vacuum/sweep the floors, and clean restrooms. Due to some scheduling conflicts, it may be necessary for you to clean the facility before your use.

Prohibitions:

The Barn Youth Center is a Christian, non-profit organization that seeks to create a safe, family-oriented environment. As such, we prohibit the use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and/or vaping/e-cigarette products. We ask that no person who attends your event be under the influence of or use such products while on The Barn Youth Center property. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in an early termination of the event and/or the monetary charge for any resulting damage.

Approval:

Approval of facility usage is on a first come basis and is at the discretion of the Directors as they consider factors such as: Barn activities, facility maintenance, staff availability, purpose of the event, etc
