  • Welcome to Teach Geek Academy's online learning program for 3D design!

    We are so excited to have your kids join this amazing online learning experience with TeachGeek Academy! Please read carefully, fill out the form below, and click submit. All required fields must be completed in order to register your child into TeachGeek's Tech Program. You will receive an email confirmation following each child's submission.   • OVERVIEW

    The program runs approximately 3 hours each day, Monday through Friday, virtually on the Zoom Conferencing platform. We provide a unique and secured meeting ID and password for each group the night before our first class. There are 5-10 minute breaks throughout the day. Kids will be learning CAD and designing their own projects in small group settings with their instructors. After the last day of class and projects are finalized, we will provide a pick-up location for parents to grab their kids prints in Denver, CO. Otherwise, we will mail out the prints to the students in other cities and states.

    10am - 1pm Mountain, 12pm - 3pm Eastern

    Week 8 -   July 13th -  July 17th

     

    PRICING & DISCOUNTS:

    The program cost is $150/per week. If you have a discount code, please apply it in the in the window below.

    We are also accepting donations to the program from anyone who is willing to help cover costs for 3D Printers, virtual programs, and printing materials. Every dollar helps!

    REQUIREMENTS

    • The program requires a fully functioning laptop or Chromebook with access to the web.
    • Access to kid's personal or school email address for sharing files.
    • Access to TinkerCAD.com
    • Access to Zoom for our meetings. We will email the link and password on Sunday.
    • A mouse for ease of use. (Optional)

     

    WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE MONDAY?

    Each student must register with their personal or school email and create a username and password for TINKERCAD.COM prior to our first class. Use the same username & password as your email to remember it easily. If your child has a Google  their school email

    *It is FREE to register.

    Please have daily access to your personal or school email, as we will need to send CAD FILES back and forth.

    **If student has not registered for TinkerCAD.com prior to the first class on Monday, they will not be able to join the course**
