Existsting Client Cancellation Policy (Once Established)
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
If a credit or debit card is on file, the fee will be processed automatically, and a payment receipt will be emailed for your records.
This policy helps ensure appointment availability and allows us sufficient time to offer care to other patients in our community who may be in need of timely services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
