    Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to care for your family's pets.

  • We are currently accepting new dog and cat patients though we are not able to accept any new exotic families.

    Please complete the following questionnaire and return at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

    If we have not received a completed New Client Form prior to your appointment day, your appointment will need to be rescheduled so we can obtain history from the previous vet for our doctors to review. We strive to give your pets the best care possible. Thank you for understanding.

  • Existsting Client Cancellation Policy (Once Established)

    We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

    If a credit or debit card is on file, the fee will be processed automatically, and a payment receipt will be emailed for your records.

    This policy helps ensure appointment availability and allows us sufficient time to offer care to other patients in our community who may be in need of timely services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • How to check in for your visit:

    • When you arrive for your visit, please call 636-272-3900 and your technician will let you know when to come inside. This allows us to guide lobby traffic smoothly amongst patients who may have an altercation while passing other patients.
    • If you would like to remain curbside, please let us know when checking in for your visit.

As such, it's important for us to understand what your pet might find upsetting. The information will help us adjust our care to better serve and comfort your pet.
