PLEASE NOTE: Eastern Michigan University will use its reasonable efforts to identify members of its community who can volunteer to help your organization by completing the project you identified above. Projects will be completed only within the University's capability to safely abide by all existing federal, state, and local laws, orders, and advisories regarding the COVID-19 crisis. As such, on-campus work is extremely limited in scope, and in any event, all proper hand-washing and social-distancing protocols will be observed. These compliance efforts may affect the final delivery timeline for the project. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE, IMPROVED, COMPLETED, OR DELIVERED BY UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND ITS COMMUNITY PARTNERS PURSUANT TO YOUR REQUEST ARE DELIVERED "AS IS," AND BEAR NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN COMPLETING THIS PROJECT, UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE ACTING AS GOOD SAMARITANS, IN AN ATTEMPT TO OUR ASSIST OUR COMMUNITY IN USING ALL RESOURCES AT OUR DISPOSAL TO HELP FIGHT THE COVID-19 VIRUS.
