REGISTRATION FORM: Who should receive email notifications every time someone submits a registration form? List name(s) & email address(es). You can list as many names as you want. This will usually be you and/or your planning/leadership team for the event. (The email notification contains all of the registration information for the person who just signed up.)*
REGISTRATION FORM: If you are collecting a payment with this form, please list the $amount here, and the budget account into which it should be deposited. Your ministry will be charged the online processing fees, so you may want to add that in to what you charge (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
