A few things before we get started:
1. All orders are processed together at 6am Monday through Friday for same-day pickup. Orders that come in after 6am will be processed on the following weekday.
2. To help us fill your order quickly and accurately, please be VERY specific when requesting items in each department, including brand names, package sizes, colors or anything else that will help us select the exact item you want.
3. The form has three fields for each item (1. name and description, 2. the amount of each item you'd like, and 3. any acceptible substitutions if your preferred item is unavailable). Feel free to leave the third field blank if you don't want us to substitute another item.
4. Please note: the fee we charge customers to cover the additional staffing this process requires increased from $5 to $8 on Friday, May 1st.
5. Once we're done shopping for you, you can pickup your order any time before we close at 8pm, but please confirm payment with Nancy before 1pm.
6. Finally, please keep your phone handy! You'll need it when we call you and for when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know you're here. Our dedicated pickup phone number is 413-445-1170. Please call this number when you arrive to speak to the staff member on duty to bring the order out to your trunk.
