• Weekday Curbside Pickup Orders

    Please follow the instructions below to place your order. You will receive an immediate confirmation by email. Once our staff has processed your order, Nancy will give you a call to arrange payment and schedule a pick-up time. Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to develop this new system!

  • A few things before we get started:

    1. All orders are processed together at 6am Monday through Friday for same-day pickup. Orders that come in after 6am will be processed on the following weekday.

    2. To help us fill your order quickly and accurately, please be VERY specific when requesting items in each department, including brand names, package sizes, colors or anything else that will help us select the exact item you want.

    3. The form has three fields for each item (1. name and description, 2. the amount of each item you'd like, and 3. any acceptible substitutions if your preferred item is unavailable). Feel free to leave the third field blank if you don't want us to substitute another item.

    4. Please note: the fee we charge customers to cover the additional staffing this process requires increased from $5 to $8 on Friday, May 1st.

    5. Once we're done shopping for you, you can pickup your order any time before we close at 8pm, but please confirm payment with Nancy before 1pm.

    6. Finally, please keep your phone handy! You'll need it when we call you and for when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know you're here. Our dedicated pickup phone number is 413-445-1170. Please call this number when you arrive to speak to the staff member on duty to bring the order out to your trunk.

  • Can we get you something from our bakery?

    On this list you get to start with dessert! Our staff is working hard to make sure all your favorite items are still available for you during this difficult time, including our famous chocolate chip cookies, scones, cheddar scallion biscuits, breads, croissants and more. Everything is individually wrapped and ready to grab and go.
  • How about something from our prepared foods and deli section?

    Make meals easy with our variety of ready-to-serve wraps, salads, noodles and cakes & pies or take-and-heat meals like soups, flatbread, dumplings, egg rolls and pizza dough.
  • What's on your shopping list from our Produce Department?

    Please be as specific as possible when it comes to things like the type of apple or orange you want, organic vs. conventional, etc. Use the field on the right to guide us in choosing a substitute item if your first choice isn't available.
  • What's on your list in our bulk aisle?

    Here's where you can order things like nuts, dried fruits, oatmeal, coffee, honey, maple syrup and more. There are often multiple options available, depending on stock levels, so please be specific about amounts/weights as well as organic vs. conventional, whole bean or ground coffee, if your desired item is packaged or in the bins, etc. As above, let us know if any alternatives will work.
  • What's on your list from our Grocery Department?

    Please use this section to order items such as packaged bread, chips, cereal, soup, pasta & sauces, juices and drinks, cooking supplies, condiments, etc. Do not include bulk items, meat, frozen foods, anything in our dairy cooler or cheese section, beer & wine, wellness, bakery or deli/prepared foods, which may all be ordered later.
  • Need anything from the Wellness aisle?

    This includes soap, shampoo, vitamins, herbal supplements and CBD products as well as candles and incense.
  • What's on your list from the cooler?

    In this section, please order any non-meat item that needs to be refrigerated, such as eggs, cheese, butter, milk, yogurt, fermented foods, tortillas, hummus, tofu and tempeh and kombucha. Don't forget to be specific about sizes, weights, low fat, etc. and to use the field on the right to let us know if substituting another brand or similar choice is okay.
  • How about meat, seafood & poultry?

    We are constantly restocking this section with new options and familiar favorites, including sandwich meats, chicken breast, local beef and different cuts of fish. Please be specific about brands, weight, fresh vs. frozen, organic vs. local vs. humanely raised, etc.
  • Do you need any beer and wine?

    We still have a wide selection of wines and local craft beers available. If you have a favorite, please be specific. If not, ask for things like red, organic, IPA, etc. and we'll do our best. PLEASE NOTE: you will need to provide valid identification proving that you are 21+ years of age or older to purchase these items.
  • What's on your list from the freezer?

    Do you need any plant-based meats, frozen fruits and veggies, gluten-free items, ice cream, microwaveable meals, etc.?
  • Any miscellaneous items to add?

    These includes pet food, dish and laundry soap and paper goods (like toilet paper when we have it in stock!).
  • When you're ready to proceed, click the button at the top of the page to review your order before submitting it. Please do so carefully as we cannot process additions or corrections sent after 6am.

    Once our staff shoppers have done their work, Nancy will call to discuss your order and process your credit card payment over the phone. Depending on the number of orders we receive, this could be late morning or early afternoon.


    When you arrive, please call our dedicated curbside pickup line at 413-445-1170 and we'll bring everything safely out to your trunk.

     

    Please note: Our business cannot accept tips. If you feel moved to do something extra during this time, we would be glad to help you make a donation to our Suspended Grocery program to help fight food insecurity in our community.
