Ideas - Let me know what type of design you want. Style, colors, size, etc. Vague concepts or specific ideas are welcome, this is just a starting point.
Budget - Please note that most commissions start around $150 and go up from there depending on difficulty of the design and glass choice. However, exceptions always exist and I will try to accommodate smaller/simpler ideas depending on my schedule. Still feel free to reach out if you have a tighter budget!
Time Frame - If this is a gift or is needed by a certain date, please let me know.
If you have reference photos that help explain your idea, please attach here. This can be specific images, previous works by me, or other color or style examples.

Thank you! I will get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing your request! Once we come to an agreement regarding pattern and price, I will require a 50% deposit up front and the remaining balance plus shipping costs upon completion of the project. I look forward to working with you!
