Will Pay

If you elect to pay now, work will immediately begin on your Last Will & Testament or Power of Attorney. If you would like to wait until a later date to pay and get started, or if you would rather mail in or drop off payment to our office, that is fine too. If you do not pay at this time, we will be in contact with you to discuss everything with you.

My Products

Last Will and Testament$250.00

We will provide you a draft of your last will and testament using the questionnaire that you just completed. We will contact you to ensure that your will has everything in it that you want. We will then schedule a time for you to sign. We also offer video-conferencing for signing sessions if you are unable to do it in person. *Please note that these will packages are for basic wills where you are simply leaving your estate and some bequests to family or friends. If you require a more complicated will, please first contact us to discuss.

Last Will and Testament (no signing session)$150.00

Under this package we do not conduct a signing session. We provide you the last will and testament and you sign as you see fit. We will provide you a draft of your last will and testament using the questionnaire that you just completed. We will contact you to ensure that your will has everything in it that you want. Once we get it how you want, we will email or mail you a copy and you will have to obtain on your own a notary and two disinterested witnesses to sign.

My Spouse will be doing a Companion Will too$50.00

Select this if your spouse will also be doing a will that goes along with your will. We will provide it along with the other will in the same manner. Your spouse will need to submit another will packet, but does not need to submit payment with it.

Power of Attorney only$75.00

Select this if you are not doing a Last Will and Testament and only need a Power of Attorney. A Power-of-Attorney gives another person the authority to make decisions on your behalf or in your place while you are alive. The powers granted end either when you die or when your POA says that it ends.

Power-of-Attorney Supplement to Last Will and Testament$25.00

Choose this if you want a Power-of-Attorney to go along with your Last Will and Testament. We will send to you personalized POA documents that you will sign along with your will.

Power-of-Attorney Supplement to Last Will and Testament for Spouse$20.00

Select this option if your spouse requires a Power of Attorney too.

Living Will $50.00

A living will formalizes your end-of-life medical decisions such as your wishes regarding life-support or life-sustaining medical treatment. A living will either lists your wishes and/or designates someone to make those decisions for you. We will contact you to ensure that this document has everything that you want. You will then sign this document along with your will.

Living Will for Spouse$20.00

Select this option if your spouse requires a Living Will too.
