ASIC Lodgement - Financial Reports & Auditor Appointment
Lodgement of Financial Statements & Auditor Appointment - Lodgement Fee - $250 per form, excluding GST.

Service includes:
- Preparation and lodgement of Form 388;
- Confirmation of lodgement & copy of lodged form.
In accordance with the the Corporations Act 2001, financial reports are due for lodgement with ASIC within 4 months of a company's financial year-end (3 months for disclosing entities and managed investment schemes). If lodged after prescribed lodgement period, ASIC late fees apply as follows:
- $80 for up to one month late;
- $333 for over one month late;
- additional $333 for each year late.

The Financial statements that need to be lodged (as required by s295(2) and accounting standards) are:
- Statement of comprehensive income, may include a separate income statement for the year;
- Statement of financial position (formerly Balance sheet) as at the end of the year:
- Statement of cash flows for the year;
- Statement of changes in equity for the year;
- Notes to financial statements (see s295(3));
  - Disclosures required by the regulations;
  - Notes required by the accounting standards;
  - Any other information necessary to give a true and fair view (see s297);
- Signed directors’ declaration about the statements and notes (see s295(4));
- Signed directors’ report for the year, including the copy of the auditor’s or reviewer's independence declaration (see s298 to 300A);
